People are our strength
The people we research come in all shapes and sizes. Their beliefs, opinions and knowledge range from the esoteric to the odd. Our team aims to reflect this diversity although we steer clear of the ‘odd’ where possible.
We come from all kinds of backgrounds: science, the humanities, the arts, psychology, business and research; all bringing different skills and perspectives. So our ideas stay fresh and our output is relevant.
Insight employees are a mix of old heads and youthful exuberance. Our project teams bring a balance of new ideas, fresh thinking, energy and experience to each brief we get.
Jon Simons PhD
Director
Jon graduated from The University of Sheffield with a BSc in Pharmacology. He then went on to complete a PhD in Immunology at The University of Manchester before continuing his academic career as a Postdoctoral Researcher investigating the pharmacology of anti-HIV drugs. Since joining Insight in 2006, Jon has worked across the product lifecycle including market exploration, communications evaluation and brand positioning. Jon has particular knowledge and experience in infections and rare conditions. He is a core member of the Insight HIV specialist team, using his academic and market experience to deliver fresh insights in this area. Jon recently co-presented a poster at EphMRA on working collaboratively with different stakeholders to raise awareness of an often unrecognised life limiting condition.
