The people we research come in all shapes and sizes. Their beliefs, opinions and knowledge range from the esoteric to the odd. Our team aims to reflect this diversity although we steer clear of the ‘odd’ where possible.

We come from all kinds of backgrounds: science, the humanities, the arts, psychology, business and research; all bringing different skills and perspectives. So our ideas stay fresh and our output is relevant.

Insight employees are a mix of old heads and youthful exuberance. Our project teams bring a balance of new ideas, fresh thinking, energy and experience to each brief we get.

Andrew Forman

Director, Marketing and Sales

After a Biochemistry degree and three years in retail management, Andrew joined Pfizer as a rep, progressing through sales to cardiovascular product management, before moving to SmithKline and French as overseas NPD manager. He left to take a full-time marketing MBA at City University and has since added qualifications in Transactional Analysis and as an NPL master practitioner. Andrew specialises in personal development, teamwork, organisational change and unconscious influencing, and often speaks or writes on the subjects. When not busy at Insight, Andrew says he enjoys music and rugby league, so presumably can be found singing on the terraces.
