in 2004.
It focuses mainly on consumer healthcare, retail, financial services, technology and education.
Our methods concentrate on exploring how consumers experience a product or service and how they explain this in their own words.
It helps our clients make the right business decisions, which sometimes go a bit beyond the rational or the obvious. It also gives us a broader and fresher perspective on our purely healthcare projects. Which has got to be healthy all round.
